 I don't understand how they can make bad comments to MNG Meerschaum employees on 11.10.2021 Two ladies and gentlemen work customer care is kind and polite I was satisfied with the cargo branch for the first time I went two or three times I was very satisfied with all of them They even look at the ringing phones in front of my eyes whoever made a negative comment in the date period I said is a lie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üç gündür aramadığım yer kalmadı hiçbir şekilde kargomu getirip adrese teslim etmediler. Kimin ne iş yaptığı belli değil en sonunda kendim gidip teslim aldım kargomu. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Posta güvercini ile gönderin daha hızlı gider.
There is no place I haven't called for three days, they never brought my cargo and delivered it to the address. It is not clear who is doing what, in the end, I went and received my cargo myself. I definitely do not recommend. Send with a homing pigeon goes faster.

When they pressed the bell from outside the apartment, we opened the door. They did not deliver my cargo to my door and left it at the entrance of the apartment because they work half days on weekends, they did not go to the 4th floor for 2 minutes. The cargo could have disappeared from there. Moreover, there is no signature and name of the recipient, I can say that I did not receive the cargo.
