You can't go unless you have to, as if they don't want you to come, as the cargo personnel talk to the customer and their actions are disturbing and disrespectful.

My cargo did not reach me, it was received by the courier who delivered it. The product shows as delivered. Are you kidding me. I will complain. This is outright theft.
