Kind and helpful team. The manager is very nice also. I like them.

I like it cause normally they deliver after 6pm when actually I'm at home.. handicap. No one speak English, and they could improve the helping customer spirit.. they just dont have it. Always moody

Despite the best efforts of the personnel, their processes suck! Not a well-run business. They don't answer phone calls. They don't employ enough personnel. I will take my business elsewhere.

Cargo men asked about additional money for the parcel without any explanation in original company invoice. No receipts. No bank cards payment. Only cash.

This place is the wooorrrrsst. We have tried to use three different addresses with them, and they will not deliver to any address. Every time they call and say, “we can’t find you. You have to come get it.” The most recent address is our office building that is two minutes from their office. They also DONT WEAR MASKS. When I took a picture of them not wearing masks, they told me they were going to have me arrested. And the lady that works at the front desk came and threw herself against me. We own a farm, and our seeds got lost AT THEIR SUBE for a month, and we missed our planting season. As a business we have lots of orders shipped weekly, and at this point if we notice it’s MNG we cancel the order. It is unbelievable that the corporate office doesn’t do anything about them. I can say that I’ve worked with other MNG şubeler, and they have been fantastic. This şube needs help.

???? never again from mng ..bir daha asla... 2 week i was waiting, every day they was giving me different information,,. I spend more money ?, because they was sending me different office..then my kargo was cost.???

Told me my parcels were delivered but I never received them they just like stealing peoples parcels
