★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakın 10 ay önce de yorum yapmışım ve o durum hala geçerli. İlk başta mesaj geliyor kargonuz dağıtıma çıkarıldı diye. Sonra kargo evime gelmiyor. İki gün ses çıkmıyor. Sonra tekrar mesaj geliyor ürünü bir iş günü içerisinde şubeden almazsanız ürün geri gönderilecektir. Bu durum istisnasız bütün mng kargo ile yaptığım alışverişlerde başıma geliyor. Artık bıktım müşteri temsilcisine bağlamıyor sonra saat 18:30 u geçince mesai saatleri dışında diyor.

This happens to me with all my shopping with mng cargo, without exception. I'm tired of it, he doesn't connect to the customer representative anymore, then after 18:30 he says out of working hours.
