 I'm seriously fed up, I order the market, it says it could not be reached, is it my problem or my problem, no, if I was going to buy it myself, why can't you deliver a cargo to the 24/7 open market that I mentioned to the cargo ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sizin kadar uyuz yavaş çalışan bir şube ve firma yok cidden. Çarşamba günü sabah gelen kargom ıspartadaki ana şubenizden size 1 günde geldi bugün sabah 10.42 de dağıtıma çıkıyor diye bildirim geliyor ve öğleden sonra resmi tatil nedeniyle kargo hâlâ dağıtımda gözüküyor. Ulan zaten öğlene ne kaldı hiç çıkarma dağıtıma ben alayım şubeden. Müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum açıyor ama ses vermiyor böyle bir şey görmedim hayatımda. Resmen rezillik. Hiç bir şekilde MNG kargoyu tavsiye etmiyorum arkadaşlar.

Anyway, what's left for lunch, I'll take it from the branch. I call customer service, but it does not sound, I have never seen such a thing in my life. Sheer disgrace. I do not recommend MNG cargo in any way, friends.

Madem böyle bir şey var kargo servisini yaptığınız yerlerin internet sitelerine bunu yazmalısınız. Bu şikayet tüketici haklarına gidecek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok saçma bir kargo şirketi. Hep paketi getirmiyor, ardından yarın yeniden dağıtım da mesajı geliyor tabiki yine getirmiyorlar. Siz almaya gidince de, sistem kapalı diye yarın gelin diyorlar. Hiç işim olmaz.
A very stupid shipping company. They don't always bring the package, then the message for re-distribution comes tomorrow, of course they don't bring it again. When you go to buy it, they say come tomorrow because the system is closed. I have no job.

Even 1 star is too much for you. You can call MNG general directorate and make a complaint. Who are you to not answer the phone? People are all in the same trouble at this branch. My brothers and sisters who have a job in this branch, I wish the Almighty God a lot of patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adrese teslim kargoyu dağıtıma çıkarmak yerine şubeden almadığınız sürece iade edilecektir diye mesaj geliyor. Şubeyi arıyorum açan yok. Bu firmayla kargom gelecek diye korkar oldum artık hep bi sıkıntı çıkıyor.
