Telefon açıyorlar gönderiniz var diyorlar, e getirin diyorsunuz, getirmemek için adresiniz yetersiz,, diyorlar. Müşteri hizmetlerini arayıp adresinizi teyit ettiriyorsunuz, doğru girilmiş diyorlar. Şubeler mi? Telefonlarınıza asla(Görele) cevap vermezler..
 You know, there was a saying about our TL... MIZRAK IN HAND, G..TE LEAF... Work with the cargo of the country mentioned in this phrase in the world, but not with MNG cargo. They call, they say you have a shipment, you say to bring it, they say, your address is insufficient to not deliver it. You call customer service and confirm your address, they say it was entered correctly. Branches? They never (relatively) answer your phones..

In Görele, the branch doesn't even take 15 minutes to my house by car, but they don't bring the cargo to my house by saying that it is outside the delivery zone. Domestic cargo arrives in front of my house from Vakfikebir.

They call a cargo branch that is beyond mediocre because there is no distribution, you come to the branch, we couldn't find your cargo, they make an order to come and get it tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat. Son 2-3 gönderiyi 20 km yol gidip (tirebolu-Görele sube) kendim almak zorunda kaldım. (Ama bu sorun bana özel bir durum degil şikayet var sitesinde bu tarz şikayetler oldukça çok var)
Wretched. I had to travel 20 km (tirebolu-Görele branch) to pick up the last 2-3 posts myself. (But this problem is not a special case for me, there are many complaints on the site.)
