★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hangi e ticaret sitesinden alışveriş yaparsam yapayım MNG kargo kargomu bana getireceğine benden 70 km uzaklıktaki bir adrese (İbrahimli )gönderiyor.aras,yurtiçi ups ve sürat kargo kargolarımı bana getiriyor ama mng neden başka adrese gönderiyor.Yapılan her alışverişten sonra mng ile gönderilen kargolar için ibrahimli şubesini arıyorum ama 7/24 telefona bakan yok.kargolarım dolaşmaktan bana geldiğinde hasarlı oluyorlar.en son 9.000,00 TL değerindeki kombi kırık dökük geldi.iade edene kadar akla karayı seçtik.Bu yanlışı düzeltmek için sırasıyla 4440606 nolu müşteri hizmetleri,Bölge müdürlüğü,genel müdürlük arandı en son verilen adrese e-mail gönderdim bana lütfen dönüş yaptılar ama sonuç değişmedi.Artık alışverişten önce firmayı arıyorumçMNG hariç bir firmayla çalışıyorlarsa sipariş veriyorum yoksa almıyorum.Yok adresi güncelle yok adını değiştir diyorlar.Ama kendileri hiçbirşey yapmıyorlar
No matter what e-commerce site I shop from, MNG sends my cargo to an address (Ibrahimli), which is 70 km away from me, instead of bringing it to me. Aras brings my domestic ups and speed cargo cargo to me, but why mng sends it to another address.After each purchase, Ibrahimli I am calling the branch office, but no one looks at the phone 24/7. My cargo is damaged when it comes to me from wandering. The last 9.000,00 TL combi boiler was broken. We chose black land until we returned it. To correct this mistake, customer service number 4440606, Regional Directorate, I called the directorate, I sent an e-mail to the last address, they returned to me, but the result did not change. I am calling the company before shopping anymore, if they work with a company other than MNG, I order or I do not. They say they do not update the address, change the name. But they do nothing themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MNG Kargo seni tebrik ediyorum ayın 12 sinde Kocaelinden verilen kargom buraya 4 gün oldu hala gelmedi. Gaziantep Aktarma da hala bekliyor sistemde gorunen tarih en son 14 Temmuz da girilmiş yazık sizin çalışma sisteminize... 2 3 günde gelecek olan kargo 10 15 günde gelir herhalde.
