Cargo is not brought to Pazaryolu district while other companies are coming, so my cargo has been returned. Do not choose MNG cargo in Erzurum.

Support is zero. I have sent a compensation request for more than 1 month, I have not received any positive or negative answer, and every time I call, they say the process is ongoing. Under normal circumstances, it should be concluded within 20 working days, but they tell me it will take 2-3 months, it is not clear.
