Ardından şubeden teslim alabilirsiniz mesajı geliyor.Kaç defa alışveriş yaptıysam eve teslimat yapılmadı. Evde olmama rağmen. Üstelik kargo ücreti ödüyorum. Alışveriş yaptığim siteye kargo sebebiyle iade ediyorum. Aynı kargo ücretiyle düzgün çalışan birçok yer var.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MNG Erdemli ist der einzige Kargodienst, der wiederholt meine Pakete nicht liefert, weil angeblich meine Adresse in Ayaş nicht existiert. Also muss ich jedes Mal zur MNG Station fahren und sie selbst abholen. Alle anderen Kargodienste finden meine Adresse! Ich bin sehr unzufrieden.
MNG Erdemli is the only cargo service that repeatedly fails to deliver my parcels, claiming that my address in Ayaş does not exist. So every time I have to drive to the MNG station and pick them up myself. All other cargo services find my address! I am very dissatisfied.

Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Kimlik sorarak teslimatı yapması ayrıca güzeldi ? Tek sorun kargo aracı içinde kutulu raf sisteminin olmayışı yüzünden eşyalar üst üste yığılı bir durumdaydı. Üstündeki ağır eşyanın zarar vermesi sorun olabilirdi. Paketi açtığında neyseki giyim eşyaları zarar görmemişti. Firma bu konuda biraz daha dikkatli olmalı derim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They couldn't find my address and so I had to pick up my parcel at this shop. I went over there, but their card machine didn't work so I couldn't pay for my parcel. They promised me they would bring it the next day to my house. No one came. So I called and they promised me to bring it the next day. So the next day I got an e-mail that they returned my parcel to sender. Very bad service. They make promises, but then they just don't do it. Not professional at all. If you can choose your cargo firm, do not choose this one!
