★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanları çok ilgililer. Teslimat için arabaya yüklenen kargomu hemen bulup verdiler. 'Şu an bulamayız, adresinize gelecek' deyip baştan atabilirlerdi. İlgisi için personellere teşekkür ederim.
 Employees are very concerned. They immediately found and delivered my cargo, which was loaded into the car for delivery. They could have said, 'We can't find it right now, it will come to your address' and throw it away. Thanks to the staff for their interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şubeye kargom geldi. Ve kendi isteğim ile şubeyi arayıp kargoyu elden teslim almak istediğimi söyledim. Ama benim kargo paketim ile ilgilenen bayan ters konuşmalar yaptı hayretler içerisinde ve bayan olduğu için ekstra bir polemiğe girmek istemedim.
Tam kargom getirileceği esnada diğer bayan'a telefon geldi ve sizin benim gibi bir müşteri ile konuştu ama konuşma baya sert bir hitap şekli ile gelişti.
Telefonu kapattıktan sonra da yanındaki arkadaşlara yaşlı bir adamın aradığını ve sorduğu soruları tekrarlayarak sözde adama karşı sinirlendiğini belirtiyordu ama hakaret edip küçümseyen bir uslup ile devam etti bunlara hayret edip bir an önce kargo paketimi teslim alıp oradan uzaklaştım.
Böylesi insanların ruh ve sinir hastalıkları hastanesinde tedavi olmaları ve sonrasında ise rutin bir şekilde kontrol edilmeleri şart.!.

My parcel has arrived at the branch. And I voluntarily called the branch and said that I wanted to receive the cargo by hand. But the lady who took care of my cargo package made adverse speeches in amazement and I didn't want to get into an extra polemic because she was a woman.
Just when my cargo was about to be delivered, the other lady received a phone call and talked to a customer like you, but the conversation developed with a very harsh way of addressing.
After he hung up the phone, he said to his friends that an old man had called and repeated the questions he asked, saying that he was angry with the so-called man, but he continued with an insulting and condescending style.
Such people must be treated in a psychiatric hospital and then routinely checked.
NOTE : Mng cargo weaving branch is simply a disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokuma Şubesi çalışan bayan arkadaşın üslübu ve ters konuşmalar yapması, MNG kargonun ismine yakışmıyor. Müşteriye yardımcı olmak yerine kaba bir tabirle bağırıp çağırılması ve şubeden çıkarken hala arkamdan söylenmesi hoş değil. Önceki yorumlara da bakıldığında, aynı bayan arkadaştan memnun kalmayıp buraya yazan müşterilerden de anlaşılması üzere problemin kendimde olmadığını tekrardan anlamış oluyorum.
Bu tabir ve saygısızlıkla hiç bir gelişme sağlayamazsınız.
The style of the female friend who works at the Weaving Branch and her curmudgeonly conversations do not suit the name of MNG cargo. Instead of helping the customer, it is not nice to be yelled at and said behind my back while leaving the branch. Looking at the previous comments, I understand once again that the problem is not myself, as can be understood from the customers who wrote here, who were not satisfied with the same female friend.
You can't make any progress with this expression and disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kendi aldıkları kararlara göre kargoyu teslim etmeme gibi bir luksleri olmadigi halde adresiniz teslimat yapılan bölge dışındadır gelin kendiniz alın diyorlar. Bu şekilde kafalarına estiği gibi hareket etmelerinin yaninda 3 is günü geçmeden kargoyu kendi inisyatiflerine göre iade ediyorlar. Ayni şeyi defalarca yaşadım müşteri hizmetleri de cevap vermiyor. Hizmet anlayışı sıfır ayrica orada bulunan kadin yetkili müşterilere karşı cok kaba. Mng firmasının acilen bu şubeye müdahale etmesi lazım
Even though they do not have the luxury of not delivering the cargo according to their own decisions, they say that your address is outside the delivery area, come and get it yourself. In this way, besides acting as they please, they return the cargo according to their own initiative within 3 business days. I've experienced the same thing over and over again and the customer service is not responding either. Zero service understanding, also very rude to the female authorized customers there. Mng company urgently needs to intervene in this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mng kargo dokuma şubesine gelen kargom 11.02.2022 tarihinde gun içerisinde teslim edilecekdir mesaji gelmesine rağmen teslim edilmedi dokuma şubesine aradığımda mesaji kendilerinin atmadigini merkezin attığını söyleyerek yardimci olmuyolar . ve hala 12.02.2022 kargom teslim edilmedi
My cargo that came to Mng Cargo weaving branch was not delivered despite the message that it will be delivered within the day on 11.02.2022. When I call the weaving branch, they do not help by saying that they did not send the message, but the center did. and still 12.02.2022 my cargo has not been delivered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşyeri adresime kargom gelecekti. Bu arada işyerim 7/24 açık. Sanki gelmişlerde ben yokmuşum gibi mesaj atıyorsunuz. Size ulaşamadık diye.Nedense bu sorun sadece mng kargoya özel. Diğer hiçbir kargo şirketinde problem yaşamıyorum.Alışveriş yaparken artık dikkat ediyorum gönderim mng kargo ise siparişi iptal ediyorum
My cargo would arrive at my workplace address. By the way, my office is open 24/7. You're texting me as if I'm not there. Just because we couldn't reach you. For some reason, this problem is only specific to mng cargo. I do not have a problem with any other cargo company. I pay attention when shopping now, if the shipping is mng cargo, I cancel the order.
