★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üstünde net adresim olduğu halde başka şubeye gitmiş...eve teslim olmadığı için gelip şubeden almak zorunda kaldım....iş yerinden izin almak zorunda olmam...yol parası cabası...biraz daha ciddiyet lütfen
 He went to another branch even though I had a clear address on it...I had to come and get it from the branch because it didn't deliver home....I have to get permission from the workplace.

I've never seen a more sullen branch that doesn't know its job, can't communicate, that makes and removes cargo rules according to its head, is far from institutionalized, has low understanding skills and is more lame. 0 points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Içerisi ferah oyle birsürü gözü yoran kargo paketleri yok oldukca muntazam ve arkadaşlar ellerinden geldiğince hızlı çalismaktalar. Güleryüzlü ve yardımseverler.
The cargo packages, which are so spacious inside, are very neat and the friends are working as fast as they can. They are friendly and helpful.

Even though we are in the same neighborhood, my cargo is waiting at the branch and does not deliver, the communication and relevance of the cargo is worth nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kendilerini her yere şikayet etmiştim, buradan yazmayı unutmuşum. Artık alışveriş yaparken özellikle soruyorum MNG ile çalışıyorlarsa almaktan vazgeçiyorum. İş bilmezlik ve saygısızlık hat safhada ve bu durum karşısında uğraşan/mağdur olan yine müşteri.
I complained about them everywhere, I forgot to write here. Now, when I'm shopping, I specifically ask if they work with MNG, I stop buying. The ignorance and disrespect are at the highest level, and it is the customer who is dealing/victimized by this situation.

They really brought my order from my nose, what a friend is this?
are you that bad, it really doesn't deserve even one star, don't do it if you have MNG cargo in your orders

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unreliable! I live 8 minutes away from them, I called 3 times and my order wasn’t delivered: they kept saying their delivery guy is out since 10 and he’ll get it to me soon! I couldn’t go there since my package was touring the city!
