★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsun'da Çiftlik şubesinde hasarlı ıslak koliyi teslim edip hasar tutanağı tutmadılar. Sorun çözme vasıfları yok. Personel son derece ilgisiz, bilgisiz, beceriksiz ve kaba. Kendim uğraşıp gönderici firmayla iletişime geçerek problemimi çözdüm.
They did not deliver the damaged wet parcel at the Çiftlik branch in Samsun and keep a damage report. No problem solving skills. The staff is extremely disinterested, ignorant, incompetent and rude. I solved my problem by dealing with it myself and contacting the sending company.
