Çorumda olmadığım için ilgilenemiyorum. Eşimin annesine telefon gönderdik. Telefon nerede kime verildi bilmiyoruz öğrenemiyoruz. Beceremiyorsanız kapatın gitsin. Muhatap yok çünkü karşımızda sadece biz uğraşıyoruz. Bu işin peşini de bırakmayacağım hepsinden şikayetçi olacağım

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaşadığım ildeki mng kargo şirketi çalışanlarının işlerini layıkıyla yapmasına güvenerek Çoruma gönderdiğim kargoyuda mng kargo şitketi ile gönderdim. Fakat kargoyu internet üzerinden takip ettiğimde şubeden alınması gerektiği notuna istinaden aradım iletişime geçtiğimde nasıl konuşması gerektiğini bile bilmeyen, kargo dagıtıcısının aradığını telafona bakılmadığının söylenme si üzerine aranmadığımızı söylediğimde sizi aramak zorunda değiliz diye verilrn cevaptan sonra zaten çok fazla söylryecek bşrsey kalmıyor. Bundan sonra asla mng kargo ile işim olmaz. Yapılan telafon kayıt aldına alınıyorsa müşteri maduriyetinde de sorunun çözülmesi gerekir.
