★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MNG Kargo delivered a kargo for a product ordered online on a Turkish website 4 days later than planned. The 3rd day, I had to wait the whole day at home because the local branch promised by phone that they will come, but finally they did not call and did not come. The 4th day, I informed the company that I could not wait more and they have to come in the morning. They finally came in the evening and the workers were 1 teenager and 1 child (12-13 years old). The delay was never explained nor justified.
