★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyşehir şubesi olarak söylüyorum. Çalışanlarını çok seviyorum ama mng işleyişi yavaş ve kargoları getiren tıra denk geldim kolileri karpuz atar gibi attılar. Hoş degil.
 I say it as the Beyşehir branch. I love their employees very much, but the mng process is slow and I came across the truck that brought the cargo, they threw the boxes like watermelons. Not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diğer yorumlarda da olduğu gibi, kargoyu eve getirmeden, biz geldik kimse yoktu , şubeden almanız gerekiyor diyen bir kargo firması.. Benim kargoyu da tüm gün evde olmamıza rağmen gelip ulaşamamslar... Bunun üzerine firmayı Beysehir MNG olaram Google de attığımda bu durumun ilk olmadığını yorumlardan öğrendigim kargo firması.. Bundan sonra alışverişlerde ve bireysel gönderilerde MNG harici kargo ile gönderilmesini isteyeceğim,,, MNG genel merkezinin bilgisine...
As in the other comments, before bringing the cargo home, there was no one, a cargo company that said we had to get it from the branch ... They could not come and reach my cargo even though we were at home all day. The cargo company I learned from the comments .. From now on, I will ask for it to be sent with non-MNG cargo for shopping and individual shipments ,,, To the information of MNG headquarters ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargoyu teslim edilemedi olarak gösterip bide yetmezmiş gibi ilgilenmiyorlar ve telefonda dakikalarca bekletiyorlar hizmet kalite sıfır.
They are not interested in showing the cargo as undeliverable, as if the bidet is not enough, and they keep it on the phone for minutes, the service quality is zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dağıtıma çıkmış ama teslim edilememiş bana ulaşılmadı bile 3 gün ıçerisinde şubeden alıcaksınız diye mesaj geliyor parasını ödeyeceğim halde niye geliyorum ayağınıza yakın olsa anlarım da 30 kmden fazla mesafe 1 yıldız bile hak etmiyorsunuz..
Even if I have not been delivered but I have not been contacted, I get a message saying that you will receive it from the branch within 3 days. I will pay the money but I understand why I am coming, even if it is close to your feet, a distance more than 30 km does not deserve even 1 star.

They do not know that they have delivered the product I sent. I am sending a recipient based on the message that it is still not delivered. They cannot find it. They are so good at their job that they do not write delivered to the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeni yeri sakin bir bölgede. Şahsen çarşı içerisinde olmaması hoşuma gitti ama özel aracı olmayanlar için zor olabilir. Şubede ilgilendiler. Sakin bir şube zaten. Çok kalabalık olan farklı kargo şirket şubeleri de var. 5 yıldız vermeme sebebimiz kargo şubesinin konumunu yanlış işaretlemiş olması. İşaretli konumdan adalet sarayına doğru ortalama 300 - 500 metre daha gitmeniz gerekiyor.

It's a quiet branch anyway. There are also different cargo company branches that are very crowded. The reason we did not give 5 stars is that the cargo branch has marked its location incorrectly.
