 The only thing the employees know is to bring customers to the branch by sending the message "We couldn't deliver your cargo because you are not at home. You can get your cargo from our branch" even though we are at home!!!

A msg came, I entered the system saying the delivery code, it says the product could not be delivered. There is no question of non-delivery. There is a staff for 24 hours. There is no single person (firefighter, secretariat, etc.) It says it will be returned if it is not received. It supposedly went to distribution today (Saturday ?), but could not reach When I say let me go (Saturday??) the business is closed google.interastingg.

The message is coming, it was delivered... it couldn't be delivered after 1 minute ? then get it from the branch ? I ordered the same product 1 month ago and it was returned before I received it. Don't worry about people who don't work like this. I'm not leaving the house because my cargo will arrive, this is the result.
