★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonla 5 dakika arayla cevap veremediğimiz için şubeye çağırıyorlar şubeyi aradığımızda telefona cevap vermiyorlar sipariş verecek 1-2 değil 20-30 kere düşünemesi lazım !
 Since we cannot answer the phone within 5 minutes, they call the branch, they do not answer the phone when we call the branch, they need to think 20-30 times rather than give an order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiçbir şekilde tavsiye etmem , hizmet anlayışları sıfır. Hiçbir soruna çözüm üretemiyorlar. Aradığım da aldığım cevaplar çok kötüydü. Kargonuz yok dendi ve çağrı merkezi arayınca anca öyle getirdiler.
I would not recommend it in any way, their understanding of service is zero. They cannot find a solution to any problem. The answers I was looking for were very bad. It was said that you do not have a cargo, and when they called the call center, they brought it that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malesef biraz daha verilmi olmalılar. Sadece 3 kat çıkacaklar diye kargom şubeye gitti. Aradığımda hiç bir muhattap bulamadim. Ki hakkımı aradigim içinde işi zora bile koştular ?
Unfortunately, they must have been given a little more. My cargo went to the branch just because they would go up 3 floors. When I called, I could not find any contact persons. They ran even harder because I was looking for my right ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürün elime ulaşmadan geri iadesi yapılıyor. Aranmadığımız halde aradık diyorlar.. Diğer kargolar geliyor ancak mng adresi bulamıyor rezaletttt....
The product is returned before I receive it. They say we called even though we weren't called.. Other cargoes are coming but mng can't find the address, disgraced....

It is back in order with its new owners. Cargo purchases and interests are good. We started working again. I hope they continue like this.

Really awful cargo came home, no one called me. They took it and took it to the branch. After 1 day, a message arrives. You receive your cargo at the branch in 3 working days. In the evening, there is a message again. It's been a week, it's not clear where my cargo is, no information is given, my money is garbage, it's officially a disgrace
