★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dağıtıma bile çıkarılmadan ürün şubeden alınacaktır diye not düşülmüş. 9 gün boyunca hergün arayıp ürün ağır olduğu için şubeye gelemeyeceğimi ve dağıtıma çıkarılmasını istediğimi belirttim. Her aradığımda adımı soyadımı alıp yardımcı olacaklarini belirttiler. 9 günün sonunda da ürün iade gitti.
It is noted that the product will be taken from the branch before it is even distributed. I called every day for 9 days and stated that I could not come to the branch because the product was heavy and I wanted it to be taken out for distribution. Every time I called they said that they would take my name and surname and help me. At the end of 9 days, the product was returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargom bana teslim edilmediği halde teslim edildi olarak geçmişti,evde olduğum halde..Evde olmadığımı düşünseler bile arama zahnetinde dahi bulunmadılar.Nereye teslim edildiği de belli değildi ya şubeye ya da başkasına teslim edilmiş olabilirdi.Ama kuryeler devamlı birbirine yöneltti;bu numarayı arayıp sorun,o numarayı arıyorum başka numaraya o da başkasına o da başkasına..Bu süreç içerisinde mng abidipaşa görevlileri devamlı birbirlerine yönlendirdi.En son kargom şubede bulunsa bile beni yoran bir süreçti.

Even though my last cargo was in the branch, it was a process that made me tired.

They want 50 TL for the cheapest package delivery. They want exactly 50 TL for the shipment that the domestic cargo wants 24 TL. Moreover, even though there is a 30% discount campaign code, they do not use the code saying it does not work. If you're going to send cargo, stay away from it.
