About 3 weeks ago I had a cargo and it was going to deliver my phone number and everything was written on the package..mng took my cargo and left it to a store 500 meters away from my house. I questioned my cargo for a week and could not find a mutual. ..The market they left called me by mng saying "your cargo has been left here" ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargomu eve getirmedi. Kargo takibinden baktım.müşteri şubeden alacak diye beyan etti yazmış. Benim o şekilde beyanın olmadı.MNG müşteri hizmetleri ,sikayetvar.com ve cimer 'e şikayet ettim. Sonuç alamadım. Kargoyu getirmeden benim ödemem den ,geri iade ederek satıcıdan para aldılar. Bunu haksız kazanç kapısı haline getirmişler.
Didn't bring my cargo home. I checked the cargo tracking. The customer declared that he will receive it from the branch. I did not make such a statement. I complained to MNG customer services, sikayetvar.com and cimer. I didn't get results. They took money from the seller by returning it from my payment without bringing the cargo. They have made this a source of unfair profit.

What a disrespectful way of communication. I am calling out to the MNG general directorate, are you forcing these people to work? They didn't even allow us to explain what it was like to hang up the phone on the customer.....

İnternet ten bile bişey sipariş verirken n.MNG KARGO İSE hemen vazgeçiyorum .hayatımda böyle saçma bı kargo şirketi görmedim .bütün kargolar eve teslimat yapar ama MNG kargo naz yapan kız gibi ben gelmem siz gelin diyor
The cargo that passes through the route I am in and does not deliver to my home address. Even when ordering something from the internet, I give up immediately if it is n.MNG KARGO. I have never seen such a ridiculous cargo company in my life. All cargoes deliver home, but like the girl who makes MNG cargo nasty, she says I will not come, you come.
