★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suana kadar 6 7 tane iade verdim ve hicbir sikinti cikmadi sadece bi urunu gonderirken karton kutu parasi olarak 5tl verdim. Ancak koyduklari kutu herhanhi bir musterinin getirdigi bir kutudu bu pek hosuma gitmedi
So far, I have returned 6 7 pieces and there was no problem, I just gave 5 TL as cardboard box money when sending a product. However, the box they put in was a box brought by any customer, I didn't like it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargo konusunda calisanlari cok ilgili. Kargomun ne zaman nerden ciktigini nereye ne zaman ulaştigini saat kacda geldigine varana kadar mesaj atarak bilgilendirdiler. Getiren kurye cok kibar ve nazik davrandi bana. Pandemi kurallari geregi kuryemi kapimin onune uzaktan zile basarak biraktilar. Ilgi ve alakalarindan dolayi tesekkür ederim kendilerine.
Their employees are very concerned about cargo. They informed me when my cargo left, where it arrived, when it arrived, and what time it arrived, by sending a message. The delivery courier was very kind and courteous to me. As per the pandemic rules, they left my courier in front of my door by pressing the bell from afar. I thank them for their interest and involvement.
