I called 4-5 companies in Antalya and got the price, this was the company that gave the most appropriate price. Even though it was 1 day late for installation, they kindly apologized and came the next day. They did a very clean job. They also made the plaster and something nice, they took the garbage and left. We were very satisfied with the service. When I searched for something that came to my mind, I was able to reach it immediately. I am satisfied with the company. Thank you here too. A company that we bought in 2018 and did not have any problems with both service and customer relations. We were truly satisfied with every transaction. But as of today, we wanted to have our old air conditioner (m electrc) cleaned. The company failed in cleaning. Although they asked if both the indoor and outdoor units would be cleaned while making an appointment and said yes, sir, a random medicine was sprayed without removing the outdoor unit. The indoor unit was disassembled and cleaned, although it is not called great, it is satisfactory. 350 TL service fee was charged. The process took at most 30 minutes. I bought a price of 400 TL from another company, even though they said, "We'll take it away, clean the outdoor unit and bring it back," we preferred Özmakları because I was a customer. We regret not about the new machine, but about the air conditioner cleaning. August 16, 2021: After the above situation (5 days ago), the customer representative called and sent a team to clean the outdoor unit again to fix this situation.
