Really nice, reliable, friendly guys, Servet, and Emre. They will bend over backwards to help arrange tours all over the area at reasonable prices. They go above and beyond with flexibility and can arrange whatever you want in Cappadocia, Ephesus-Selcuk, Fethiye, Laodicea, Kaklic Cave and more. Scuba -diving, Paragliding, Hot Air Balloon rides, Horse, Jeep & Boat tours, and many more exciting experiences can be arranged to your curiosity and satisfaction. They can speak German, English, Turkish, Kurdish, and Spanish. **Update!! When my balloon ride in Cappadocia was cancelled due to the weather, upon learning that I had paid in cash, the Operator- Owner there in Cappadocia refunded me on the spot. I really appreciated that!!!

My family and I had an unpleasant experience with this travel agent. After arriving at Pammukale airport, we met up with the driver and my mother went to the bathroom. The driver was aware of this but he went out without waiting for us despite the fact that I was telling him to wait for 2 mins. I briefly saw his face and couldn’t quite remember. We went out of the airport and saw a tour bus. We asked the driver if he were the same one waiting for us. He said yes and we went on the bus. After an hour, the bus stopped. Another guy approached us telling us that we were confused, and we weren’t with the right tour group. We were astonished by the fact that the tour group wasn’t right because they asked for our names and details. After we arrived to the agency, a guy with fluent English approached us and scolded us really harshly. Despite my attempt of clarification of the event, he did not listen and used a really unprofessional and harsh tone to yell at both my family and I. I find this attitude totally unacceptable because this is not entirely our fault. The rest of the tour was fine but this unpleasant experience was enough to ruin our day.

THIS IS A SCAM AVOID THEM THIS IS FRAUD! Worst company ever - if it is a real company! We met 3 men at Pummakle, they approached us and were trying to be charming etc. They offered us a deal from Pummakle to Kusadsi then ferry to Samos then to Mykonos and then to Santorini. We paid $500 for 2 people (of course over priced to say the least but wanted a quicker ans cheaper option to use the 2 days we had before our flight). They offered dinner, breakfast at a hotel, taxi drop off to the harbor and we were told out ferry tickets will be sent via whatsapp. This DID NOT HAPPEN they did not have a ferry tickets nor did they have a taxi in the morning nor did they arrange earlier breakfast. We have asked for refund but he has not issued it yet. We will be taking this further. We paid $68 to Samos and we are stranded because ferries are not going to Santorini and now we might miss our flight to london and my flight back to the U.S. they ruined our holiday! THIS IS A SCAM!

I highly recommend this Company. It worthed each lira I paid. The Guide is Very kind and she take really good pictures. I definetely book again a tour in this Company If one day I come back to Turkey again. Thank you so much guys.

Although Servet was friendly and seemed helpful, he blatantly lied to us about costs related to our paragliding and boat trip, ensuring us that we were getting a great deal, when in actuality the price we paid was slightly more than purchasing the two activities separately on location. We weren’t even able to do the boat trip. The companies he worked with assured me there would be plenty of time after paragliding to join a boat tour, but that was not the case. They did try to accommodate by saying we could do it the next day, but that didn’t help us since we were leaving that afternoon. They did give us some money back, thankfully. In the end, we weren’t really cheated out of much money, but being lied to makes me not recommend Servet or this tour company.

Good transfer from the hotel to Pamukalle and back, Mr. Kubilay drove the car calmly and safely. The transfer always came on time.

An excellent service that I can recommend to my friends who will vacation in Turkey. Mr. Kubilay helped us a lot in safe transfer.

We loved Jasmine, she was an amazing guide. She was very kind, charming, patient and above all she made the tour so interesting. Also the tour was very broad, not only we visited the main attractions of Pamukkale, but we also visited different factories such as the zultanite factory and to finish we had a delightful wine tasting.
