A halva production facility that has become the symbol of Kastamonu. Their factories in the organized industrial zone are very clean. I wish the employees convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farklı bir ilde hediyelik olarak aldığım çekme helva kurumuş çıkınca kendileri ile irtibata geçtim.Satıcı ilgilenmedi şikayetimizle ama koskoca fabrika peşini bırakmadı.Belki lojistik sürecinde hasar gördüğü için sıkıntı olmuştu.Ama firma çok fazlasıyla telafi etti.Müşteri memnuniyetini en üst seviyede tutan bir müessese.Türkiyenin neresinde görsem ürünlerini düşünmeden alırım.Tekrardan teşekkkürler.
I contacted them when the halvah I bought as a gift in a different city had dried up and I contacted them. The seller was not interested in our complaint, but the huge factory followed suit. Maybe it was a problem because it was damaged during the logistics process. But the company more than compensated. It is an institution that keeps customer satisfaction at the highest level. Wherever I see it, I buy your products without thinking. Thanks again.
