S	Seyit Ali Atlı on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olmaz bu kadar,misafir mobilya ist.yolu şubesinden 2 ay önce düğün için koltuk takımı,konsol,masa.sandalye ,yatak odası takımı ve tv ünitesi aldık .Paranın yarısını peşin verdim yarısınıda ürün tesliminde anlaştık.Ürünler belirtilen tarihte gelmedi.Acelemiz olmayınca birşey demedik.Ürünlerin hazır olduğunu fabrika yetkilisi mehmet bey ve satiş sorumlusu aynur hanım tel ile arayarak paranın geri kalan kısmını istedi .Bende hemen havale yaptım.ürün teslim ve saati ile ilgili randevu aldılar.Teslim günü fabrika yetkilisi mehmet bey tel ile arayarak ürünlerin kamyona yüklendiğini fakat beyaz beğendiğimiz yatak odası takımının ceviz renk geleceğini söyledi ,tarafımdan kabul etmediğimi,2 ay önce beyaz renk istenildiğini,firma tarafından ürünlerin hazır diyerek paranın tamamının alındığını hukuki yollara başvuracağımı söyledim ve ürünleri kabul etmedim.10 gün sonra tekrar firma tarafından aranılarak ürünlerin hazır olduğunu söylediler ,ve ürünleri teslim ettiler.Bir baktık koltuk rengiyle,sandalye renkleri çok alakasız,firmaya bizzat giderek durumu ilettim.Satış elemanları rengin tarafımızdan beğenildiğini ifade ettiler.Bende koltuk renginin ve kumaşının ,sandalye dede uygulayalım dediğimizde satış elemanı AYNUR hn kesinlikle olamayacağını ifade ettiğini,firmaların farklı olduğunu,ancak ilgili firmaların karteldeki renklerini uygulayabileceklerini söylediğini anlattım,MERYEM HN VE RÜMEYSA HN.
