★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biz genelde evden iç malzeme götürüyoruz. Ustanın ellerine sağlık. Güzel pişiriyor. Ancak son dönemde biraz gevşeme var sanki. Et ve hamur eskiden iç içe geçer, pideden dökülme olmazdı. En son yaptırdığımız pidelerin malzemesi hamura pek yapışmamıştı, yerken malzemenin çoğunu bıraktı.
We usually take interior materials from home. Bless the hands of the master. It cooks well. However, there seems to have been some relaxation lately. Meat and dough used to be intertwined, there was no spillage from the pita. The material of the last pita we made was not very sticky to the dough, it left most of the material while eating.
