We stayed for two days in October 2016 for honeymoon. The rooms were clean and big, the breakfast was very nice. It had a small pool. You can sit at the table in front of your room in the mornings and watch the balloons. It was a magical atmosphere with the lighting in the evenings. We were very impressed with the atmosphere and we wanted to stay again, we hope to see you again one day. Heritage Hotel this time with our child ❤️

Stayed here with my wife in October for 3 nights. Booked a suite with a king - size bed. Traveled by car. It was not possible to drive up to the hotel right away, Google delivered me incorrectly three times. After that, I just studied the map with my eyes, turned off the navigator and calmly drove up to the hotel. All in all, the adventure took 10 minutes. Parking is right in front of the hotel, small but sufficient. Most hotels have no parking at all. The staff is very friendly, speaks English, will tell you where to put a checkmark in the antique questionnaire, will lift your suitcases to your room (there is no elevator and for many this is important). Check-in is fast. The hotel is located directly under the observation deck of Goreme and, accordingly, the view from the terraces and balconies of the hotel is not much worse than from the observation deck. It's great to see the sunrise here, balloons will soar in the sky right in front of you, it's great to watch the sunset and the lights of the night city. The location is also good because crowds of tourists who are brought to Goreme by large buses every day do not reach the hotel. Antique measures are taken seriously at the hotel. Masked staff. Upon check-in, luggage is treated with a special steam generator. Tables, armchairs, sun loungers in common areas, on terraces and balconies are treated with an antiseptic several times a day. Hotel guests go everywhere without masks, with the exception of the dining room where the buffet is organized. When entering the dining room, you must put on a mask and gloves (everything is provided) to collect food on your table and after that you can take everything off. Many took food to the terraces (there are enough tables) and had breakfast in the fresh air. The breakfast itself is nothing ordinary but ample. The room is actually arranged in a cave. It is very unusual, authentic and will certainly be remembered for a long time. Note that the hotel has heating and it works very well. I asked to disconnect the battery, which was immediately followed. A little about the cons. The hair dryer needs to be replaced urgently! It blows only with cold air. I don't care, but my wife grumbled a lot. The bathroom as a whole performs its functions, but already tired, it requires minor repairs of equipment, replacement of faucets ... Given the cave nature of the hotel, there is a problem with ventilation, and I love the coolness and fresh air. I did this, opened the windows at the front door, opened the door to the bathroom and left the exhaust ventilation on there. It helps a lot. Actually for the sake of the cave and super views, I chose this hotel. The choice was very successful. Recommend.

A wonderful place, we met the new year in the square, Cappadocia is fabulous! I liked the hotel very much, helpful staff, delicious breakfasts. The room is very cozy, a good pressure of hot water, which is important in cold weather after walking :) I want to come back here again!)
