★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous weather, spotless hotel....no one spoke English, I'm fine with that, makes life interesting, however, I mean, unless you speak fluent German, you're in trouble. The safety leaflet, the menu, the chef's, the maps. It took us till the second week to find the 'snack bar' and we searched !!! The staff didn't know there was one. Tip, when you go shopping, just look angry, if you don't, you'll end up buying half the store. If I sound negative, please try it out, just got put off by the shopping experience, I love to shop

Note, the hotel & resort of Side are geared for German holiday makers, German is the primary language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb hotel. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on their private beach, which is a short 2 minute walk away. Varied menu, and very clean and tidy throughout. The staff are excellent, except for the reception staff, their English is extremely limited so were not as helpful as they cud have been, but the rest of the staff were brilliant and so polite. There are 4 pools and they are not heated, but because we had good weather they did warm up a little. Only one drawback whilst we were there in April the entertainment was very limited, but they were preparing a large outdoor stage, so maybe it improves as the season goes on.
