Mirage Hotel, which we have preferred as a family for 10 years, is a wonderful accommodation where you will be satisfied with the smiling face of Nevzat and other staff, as well as attention and organization. If we are going to spend our holiday in Side with clean rooms that can meet your every need, we do not look for another hotel. We thank you. :)

We have been coming as a regular family for three years. The location is very good. The rooms are clean, tidy, quite adequate. We were very comfortable with 2 small children. The owner and the employees are both concerned and smiling. They wear masks and follow the measures. I hope we will come again next year.

Since Mirage Hotel opened, we have been coming regularly every year, except for the pandemic period. Since it is close to the military camp and on the minibus route, there is no transportation problem to the surrounding settlements and holiday resorts. During the week I stayed at Mirage Hotel, the friendly staff, especially Mr. Murat and the hospitality of the lady working in both reception and general works were very nice. The kindness, smiling faces and sincerity of Mr. Murat and the other lady gave us confidence as if we were staying in a family hotel, and they also contributed to our having a great time. We went on the recommendation of a friend. The cleanliness of the room was normal, the bathroom door wouldn't close (no door handle/lock), the trash can track and it was broken, the cigarette ashtray track on the balcony, the bathroom head was broken. It is a hotel used because it is close to the camp. You'd better consider these before you go. (I took the photos but couldn't attach them)

We came here relying on the kindness of the staff I spoke to on the phone and the photos on their website because everything looked beautiful there. I'm not a very picky person either, I can handle it, but I could only stand it for one night. I don't know about the other rooms, but the room we stayed in was incredibly small and dirty. The bathroom sink was leaking water, the curtains and walls were dirty. I woke up in the morning, giddy looking at the wall, sorry jshdhs snot everywhere. Someone took it out. I rushed out early in the morning. I am attaching detailed photos so that you can see the dirty places and decide accordingly.
