Şöyle ki eşime hediye bakmak için girdim saat 13.00 sularında kimse ilgilenmeyince 2 3 seslendikten sonra arkaya doğru devam ettim ağlama sesleri duydum. Görmem o ki patron tesettürlü çalışan 2 bayanı dövüyordu gördüğüme şok oldum. Buraya da belirtmek istedim.
The brand name of this store on the Izmit Fethiye Street, where I went for my wife on Wednesday, August 19, is minel. Namely, I entered to look for gifts for my wife, at around 13:00 when no one was interested, I continued backwards after 2 3 shouts and heard crying sounds. I was shocked to see that the boss was beating 2 women working in hijab. I wanted to mention here as well.

Böyle büyük bir firma ve markanın böyle bir yaklaşım sergilemesi çok üzücü, keşke bu konuda personellerini biraz eğitseler. İlk başta güleryüzün önemini anlatsalar.
It is a store where salespeople who do not even know the most basic customer approach work, have employees who have no knowledge of talking to the customer, communicate in the street language, and apply the most primitive style such as turning off the phone on their face. It is very sad that such a big company and brand will take such an approach. If they explain the importance of smiling at first.

Görevli, önce fişi sordu, gösterdik. Çantanın etiketini sordu, içindeymiş, iple bağlı, alındığı gibi, gösterdik. Çantanın içindeki dolgu malzemesini (eski gazete koymuşlar) inceledi, Çantanın her bir santimetre karesini inceledi, almamak için bir bahane bulamadı.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tesettürü artık pantolon giymeye endeksliyorlar. Ürün çeşitlerinin çoğu pantolon giyiminde saplanıp kalıyor. Giymiyorsanız size göre elbise bulmak zor.
They now index the hijab to wearing trousers. Most of the assortment gets stuck in trouser clothing. If you don't, it's hard to find a dress for you.

There is a quality problem in the products we have received. They took it for review. No return information. It is not possible to reach the store by phone. We call the number they wrote on the card, no answer.
