★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadece adı Residence olan bir apartman. Isınma sistemi iyi, aidatı biraz fazla(residence olduğu için). Pandemiden dolayı havuzu ve spor salonu kapalı.
 It's just an apartment called Residence. The heating system is good, the fee is a bit high (because it is a residence). The pool and gym are closed due to the pandemic.

Havuzu için ekstra para talep ediyorlar. Isınma sistemi merkezden ancak ne gariptir ki tüpü kiracıların kendileri almak zorunda. Sitede futbol ve basketbol sahaları var. Ancak kullanılacak gibi değil. Normalde sürekli gidip futbol oynardım ancak sahayı çevreleyen teller aylardır kopuk ve hiç düzeltilmeye niyeti yok. Top oynayayım derken kendinizi sürekli topun peşinden koşar halde bulursunuz. Kısacası vereceğiniz parayı hak etmeyecek bir yer.
