Dr. İbrahim Tekedereli tarafından alınan kanlarımız SGH testi için Mikrogen Genetik tanı merkezine gönderildi .40 günde çıkacak denilen sonuç ; defalarca doktorumuza sormamıza rağmen çıkmadı denildi. Bugün itibariyle verdiğimiz tarihten buyana kanlarımızın Mkrogen tarafından çalışılmadığı söylendi. Bu sorumsuzluğa bakın, böyle bir şey olabilir mı.8 aydır biz çocuğumuzu hiç bir yere götürmüyoruz. N	Nihan Bagce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merhaba Mikrogen Ankara genetik tanı merkezini türkiyeye şikayet ediyorum. 2 yıl önce oğlumu bağ dokusu hastalığı şüphesiyle mikrogen götürdüm. Prof. Volkan beyle görüştük bize klinik exom sekanslama testini yaptı. Bu testle ilgili 4000 gene bakıldı. 3 ay sonra bu genlerin hiçbirinde hastalık yapan mutasyon bulunamamıştır diye rapor verdiler. Ben ikna olmadım devlette ve özelde 5genetik doktoru daha oğlumu gördü bu raporu gördükleri için test yapmayı kabul etmediler. Ben ikna olmadım mikrogeni bilgisayar datalarını özelde 2 genetik laboratuvarında tekrar analiz ettirdim ve sonuç 2 gen de kas ve bağ dokusu hastalığı yapan 2 mutasyon bulundu. Mikrogeni aradım hatalarını telafi yoluna gidip bu iki geni tekrar analiz etmelerini istedim kesinlikle kabul etmediler. Bu iki yıllık süreçte oğlumun rahatsızlığı ilerledi ben sağlığımı kaybettim maddi manevi ailemiz zarar gördü. Genetik danışmanlık arayanlara mikrogeni kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Sağlık bakanlığına şikayet ettim ayrıca avukatım aracılığıyla tazminat davasında açıyorum. Türkiyede insan sağlığının önemsenmesi ve kalitesiz hizmet verenlerin gerekli yaptırımları almasını sağlamak hepimizin görevi diye düşünüyorum Nihan Bağçe Hello there I complain about the micro-gene genetic diagnostic center in Ankara, Turkey. 2 years ago, I took my son microgen for suspected connective tissue disease. Prof. We talked to Mr. Volkan and he gave us the clinical exom sequencing test. 4,000 genes were viewed for this test. After 3 months, they reported that there was no disease-causing mutation in any of these genes. I am not convinced, 5 more genetic doctors in the state and in private have seen my son and they refused to take a test because they saw this report. I am not convinced, I had the computer data of the microgen re-analyzed in 2 genetic laboratories, and the result was 2 mutations in 2 genes that cause muscle and connective tissue disease. I looked for the microgene to make up for their mistakes and asked them to re-analyze these two genes, and they absolutely did not accept it. During this two-year period, my son's illness progressed, I lost my health, our material and spiritual family was damaged. I definitely do not recommend the microgen for those seeking genetic counseling.
