In April 2021 I was provided with ombré coloring service. Honestly speaking I was walking around for 3 weeks as was scared to do coloring for light hair (as local people have different hair structure), but decided to do it! Honestly the result is above all my expectations. Accept that the color looks nice still after several month, my hair quality is better than before. I don’t how is it possible, but hair became softer than before coloring, which is extra super effect for me. So, highly recommended! ?

Do not go there!! I was told that they will do one thing to my hair but they've done something different. I was charged 130 euros for the hair color and the highlights. The manager said I will get a protein treatment but they kept it on my hair for five minutes only. Samed, the hair stylists, knows what he's doing but they are overbooked and feel rushed. Since they are rushed, they become sloppy. My pants were destroyed with bleach and I had to throw them away. I do NOT recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience at Mikail hair salon this summer, one of the most amazing hair salon ever. They provided great service and amazing colour also they are very professional. I was extremely happy with my new hair, it is also now much healthier thanks to Mikail hair salon. I also used their make-up services and was very pleased with the look as it was exactly what I wanted. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.

Please never ever go there! They ruined my hair. Worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had in my life. First of all what I wanted and what they did was completely different, It looked so bad that i cried in the saloon. After that they told me that they are sorry and they can fix it. They made it even worse! The next day my hair was breaking apart, they burned my hair! Everything was a total nightmare. I had to go to another hair salon to fix my hair. I told the owner that your salon ruined my hair and i had to go to another salon and pay again. So i just ask for refund! You know what he did, he said “i’m blocking you dont contact me” very bad people overall, dont even care about the customers , they are NOT professionals, they are just after your money and your hair is definetely not important to them !!!
