We participated in the Umrah program with my mihrab tourism during 15 holidays, and the attendant Kadriye Coşkun, who took us, never took care of us. The attitude and actions of Abdurrezak Güneş, who is responsible for the company Saudi Arabia, are also very rude. The hotel called Grand Zowar, where they took us to Medina, is in a disgraceful condition, people from other countries also stay in the hotel room. Because of these situations, my mother said that she was not satisfied with them while she was there, and the attendant named Abdurrezak replied, "We served so much, of course, you would not be satisfied" as if mocking my mother. After returning to Turkey, another person to go to Umrah facebook page, they wrote they were uncomfortable matters like us. Although he clearly wrote who the person was, the officer named Abdurrezak claimed that my parents did this and wrote the threat to my father, "If you are a man, you will write your name openly and we will give you the answer". If you see my father, the patient is at home. He neither saw the message nor knows how to reply. When my father did not answer, the person named Abdurrezak started to write to me, "How can your parents do this, we helped you so much, we took it to the hospital (as if it is not for his duty, he does it for his father's sake, the money takes it for what) God damn the one who did it. My parents don't understand gram technology, I openly said that neither of them did, my parents would tell the owner of the company if they had a complaint. Then I blocked it from my own phone and my father's phone. We just came from Umrah, the house full of guests, we don't have time to deal with the phone. I would be as soon as I picked up the phone! Kadriye Coşkun wrote that someone in the Umrah Whatsap group of my mothers complained about them on their facebook account, slandered and did not deny her right to something. Supposedly they were getting commission from the palm garden they took, and the owner of the palm garden shouted before the man says there is no such thing. We did not go to the palm garden, I do not know what they are from a commission or something. Allah is witness. The author claimed that they got a commission. Later, a female named Kadriye Coşkun recorded the voice recordings of a man named Abdurrezak, who is responsible for Saudi Arabia. In the sound recordings, the man says the names of my parents because he did this. May God bother Filiz, what are his styles? Until now, I thought the owner of the company was not involved in these events, but I see that his purpose was to keep us busy. I think you know about every situation done! What we're going to do against these people is to sue the company. Do you know why I wrote these events one by one? Our peace has escaped so that you will not be in peace. If you have a mind, you won't go anywhere with this tour. I went to Umrah for the first time in my life and they destroyed all of my spirituality! My father got sick again, walking around with a cane in his hand, I do not give my rights to those who do this. I will explain this incident to all social media and crews, plus I will file a lawsuit so that they understand that playing with human dignity is not such a simple thing ...
