★ ★ ★ ★ ★ çırpınmaktan kanatlanmadığım kaldı zar zor garson buluyoruz ürün ile soru sorduğumuzda aldığımız cevap bir bucuk aydır buradayım diyerek kestirip atması kadar sorumsuzluk olamaz ki misafirlerime karşı mahcup kalması cabası ,her haliyle kasılarak yönetici olduğunu gösteren kişi önce personeli bilinçlendirse daha doğru olacak bir daha mı asla.

I couldn't give Tip to the credit card, shame on the people working there. Think of the elements as a business. All over the world, this is possible in companies that only consider employees in Turkey. Believe me, if the staff can get a tip, they will serve better, if they can get paid.

Yazın geldiğimizde de ayni sorunlar vardı bu kez çok daha sakin bir saat aralığında gelmemize karşın sorunların aynen devam ettiğini gördük. Beklemeye tahammülünüz olması bu mekanda çok önemli, önerim ne sipariş edecekseniz tek bir şansınız olduğunu göz önünde bulundurun, içecekleri yemek gelene kadar söylemeyin ki kola niyetine şekerli su içmek zorunda kalmayın. Personel sayısını talebe göre yeterli seviyeye getirmeyecekseniz işletmenin insanları da mutsuz etmeyin.
The food is close to the usual Midpoint quality (except that the fries that accompany the meal are ice cold) but the staff is very inadequate. There were the same problems when we came in the summer, this time we came in a much quieter time interval, but we saw that the problems continued. It is very important to have patience for waiting in this place, my suggestion is that you only have one chance to order whatever you want, don't tell the drinks until the food comes so you don't have to drink sugar water for coke. If you will not bring the number of personnel to a sufficient level according to the demand, do not make the people of the business unhappy.

İçecekler sufleden önce gelsin istedik. 4 kere içecekleri hatırlattık ama sadece sufle geldi.. 45 dk sonrasında kalkıp gitmek zorunda kaldık. Garsonlar görüyor ama umursamıyor, işletme sahibine garezleri var gibiler. İşletmeyi batırmaya çalıştıklarını düşündük.
We ordered Turkish coffee, water and chocolate soufflé with my friend. We wanted the drinks to come before the soufflé. We reminded him of the drinks 4 times, but only the soufflé came. After 45 minutes, we had to get up and leave. The waiters see but don't care, they seem to have a grudge against the owner. We thought they were trying to bankrupt the business.

Hello, we liked the quality and taste of the food, we were especially pleased with the service and kindness of Gökçe lady. Because if Gökçe is not your lady, you cannot find anyone who will order food and take care of you. I give a good rating for the sake of him and the chefs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to sit and spend some money with my kids to eat and drink. We sat inside. Called few times the waiter but he never came. Other people were waiting for bills as well. Obviously there is something wrong with the service and staff. Food could be even good - cannot judge. But waiting 10 min for waiter is just too much with 2 hungry kids. Sorry
