★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüler. Öncelikleri müşterinin sorununu çözmek ve bunu yaparken de oldukça dürüstler, para kazanma kaygısıyla hareket etmiyorlar. Yazıcımdaki olası sorunla ilgili beni bilgilendirdiler ve kartuşa boşa para vermemem için beni uyardılar, üstüne oğlumun ödevinin baskılarını yaptılar bir de çay ısmarladılar. Sayelerinde yazıcımın çalışmayacağına üzülemedim :)
They are very engaging and smiling. Their priority is to solve the customer's problem and while doing this, they are quite honest and do not act with the concern of making money. They informed me about the possible problem with my printer and warned me not to waste money on the cartridge, they printed my son's homework on top of it and ordered tea. Thanks to them, I couldn't be upset that my printer wouldn't work :)
