★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. 3 defa alışveriş yaptım ancak sonuncusunda firma yetkilisi sözünde durmayarak beni zarara uğrattı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Hele az önce verdiğiniz yanıttan sonra.. Şaka gibi . 4 aydır lastik alamadım sizden. Yazlık lastik siparişi verecektim eylül ayında. Bekleyin dediniz siparişi gecmeyelim kampanya var dediniz ve ben de sizi bekledim ancak 29 mart ptesi sabah geldiğimde lastik olmadığını ve yeni fiyatlı lastik dahi olsa 21 Nisandan önce takamayacağinizi ve bu zamana kadar da kışlık lastikle kalacağımı söylediniz ve buna rağmen bir özür dahi dilemeyip şimdide kendinizi geliştirmek için lütfen konuyu yardım sayfasına yazın diyorsunuz. Komik gerçekten. Bu arada konuyu Michelin müşteri hizmetleriyle de sizin isyerinizden sonra paylaştım onlarda ilginç bir şekilde bazı lastik ebatlarının anında bulunmayacağını söylediler. Halbuki ben 4 aydır bu lastik için 3 ayrı defa servisinize uğradım. Dolayısıyla michelin markasına da antipatim servisinizden ve müşteri temsilcinizden dolayı oluştu. Yani Turkiyede ne yazık ki michelin şirketinin müşteri iletişimi çok kötü . Ben 10 yaşında esnaflığa başladığımda bu topraklarda ki ilkeyi müşteri her zaman haklıdır şeklinde öğretmişlerdi ancak sizinle alışverişimden sonra michelin şirketinde daima biz haklıyız şeklinde sanırım. Neyse kalın sağlıcakla.

However, I have visited your service 3 times for this tire for 4 months. Therefore, the michelin brand was created due to your antipatim service and your customer representative. So customer communications in Turkey, unfortunately Michelin company is very bad. When I started trades at the age of 10, they taught the principle in this land as the customer is always right, but I guess we are always right at the michelin company after I have exchanged with you. Anyway, it will be thick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkadaş tavsiyesi üzerine kasim ayinda lastik degisimi icin gittim, lastik degisimi yapildi ve celik sipoplar takıldı bi sıkıntı yasamadim, nisan ayında yaz lastigi degisimi için gittiğimde sibop kapağını açamayınca bunlar eski paslanmış değişecek dediler, ben yeni olduğunu soyleyince mümkün değil dediler bi de yalancı çıktık, arkadaş lastik değişimini yaptıktan sonra plastik sibop taktığını gördüm neden plastik diye sorduğumda yine aynı sıkıntı olmasın diye taktık şeklinde cevap verdi, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
