WhatsApp'tan mesaj attım ama cevap dahi vermeye tenezzül etmediler. Esnaflık bu mu? Benzer bir olayı yaşadığım ikinci yer burası. Acil bir durum olur da şehir dışında işiniz lastikçiye düşerse sakın başka şehirde yaşadığınızı söylemeyin. Çünkü bazıları bunu fırsat olarak görebiliyor maalesef ?
Staff did their best. 4 new tires were installed on my car. I also received the warranty documents. A day later, one of the tires broke on the road. I sent a message on WhatsApp but they didn't even bother to reply. Is this craftsmanship? This is the second place I've had a similar incident. If there is an emergency and your job falls to a tire shop outside the city, do not say that you live in another city. Because some see this as an opportunity unfortunately ?
