★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kışlık yazlık lastiklerimi senede 2 kez burada değiştiririm. Balansı çok iyi yapıyorlar. Direksiyonda 1 gr. titreme hissetmiyorum. Ayrıca bijonları sıkarken tork anahtarı kullanıyorlar. Çalışanlar profesyonel ve teknik çalışıyor. Fiyat konusunda da uyguna yapıyorlar. Afyonda çoğu yerden sonra abonesi olduğum lastikçidir.
I change my winter summer tires here twice a year. They balance very well. 1 gr on the steering wheel. I do not feel any shaking. They also use a torque wrench when tightening the bolts. The employees work professionally and technically. They also do it in terms of price. Afyon is the tire shop that I subscribe to after most of the places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 22 Haziran Salı günü akşam 17.45 de aracıma lastikpark (biçiller) satın aldığım lastiğin montajı için gittim. İş yeri sahibi yada sorumlusu iyi niyetli kibar bir beyefendiydi. Buraya kadar herşey mükemmeldi. Fakat eski lastiği janttan ayıran ve yeni lastiğin montajını yapan arkadaş (kötü niyetli demek istemiyorum her şeye rağmen) ya işin ehli değil yada son derece özensiz birisiydi. Lastik takma sökmede illaki ufak tefek çizikler olur fakat nasıl becerdiyse lastiğin kenarları İle beraber ön yüzünü çizmeyi başardı. Hatta jant kenarlarında maalesef çiziklerle beraber ezikler meydana geldi. Son derece baştan savma bir işçilikle montaj gerçekleşti. Lastiği satın aldığım yerdeki arkadaşla ile görüştüğümde rötuş için yer önerebileceğini beyan etti fakat lastik alaşım yerlerinden ezildiği için rötuş maalesef jantları kurtaracak durumda değil. Orjinalinin tanesi 4750.-TL olan jantlar maalesef görünüş olarak perişan halde. Ki bu araç sıfır 2017 model alındı ilk lastik değişimiydi fakat rezalet bir deneyim yaşadım. Maalesef araç Ankara’ya gidecek jantlar kumlanacak , kaynakla düzeltilip boyanıp verniklenecek.
İşletme tarafından verilen yanıt aşağıda yer almakta olup en azından kusura bakmayın dahi denilmiyor. 1 adeti 4750.-TL olan jantlardan 3 tanesi özellikle hasarlı durumda. Hizmetlerinizi keşke sizden hizmet alan müşterileriniz üzerinde geliştirmeseydiniz. Ki firmalar alıştırmayı , geliştirmeyi müşteri veya son kullanıcı üzerinde yapmaz. Lastikler için 3700.-TL ödedim janttan zararım 11.250.-TL oldu. Bu hizmet kalitesiyle lütfen kimse pandemi, kriz demesin çünkü malınıza değer verilmiyor. Araç konusunda hassassanız doğru yer burası değil. Umarım başkaları mağdur olmaz hayırlı işler.
On Tuesday, June 22, at 17.45, I went to my vehicle for the assembly of the tire I bought from the tirepark (biciller). The owner or manager of the business was a kind gentleman with good intentions. So far everything was perfect. But the friend who separated the old tire from the rim and assembled the new tire (I don't mean malicious, after all) was either not competent or extremely careless. Tire mounting and disassembly will have minor scratches, but somehow he managed to scratch the front side of the tire along with the edges. Unfortunately, there were dents along with scratches on the rim edges. The assembly was carried out with a very sloppy workmanship. When I talked to the friend at the place where I bought the tire, he stated that he could suggest a place for retouching, but unfortunately the retouching is not in a position to save the rims since the tire is crushed from the alloy parts. The wheels, the original of which is 4750.-TL, are unfortunately in a shabby appearance. This vehicle was bought as a new 2017 model, it was the first tire change, but I had a disgraceful experience. Unfortunately, the vehicle will go to Ankara, the wheels will be sanded, fixed with welding, painted and varnished.
The answer given by the business is below, and at least it's not even saying sorry. 3 of the wheels, 1 of which is 4750.-TL, are especially damaged. I wish you hadn't developed your services on your customers. That companies do not practice, develop on the customer or the end user. I paid 3700.-TL for the tires and my loss from the rim was 11.250.-TL. With this service quality, please don't say a pandemic or crisis because your goods are not valued. If you are sensitive about vehicles, this is not the right place. I hope others don't suffer.
