Tedavinin ilk anından itibaren yaşayabileceğimiz her türlü olumsuzlukları önceden bize anlattı ki bunun içinde hayatını kaybetmesi ve uyutma süreci de dahil. Biz her şeyi bilerek tedavi sürecine başladık, ameliyat, ameliyat sonrası bakım, kemoterapi süreci derken maalesef oluşan komplikasyonlar sonrası kedimizi kaybettik. Bu süreçte Cem Bey her türlü ilgi ve alakayı gösterdi, kendilerine bu nedenle teşekkür ediyorum. Benim bir kaç küçük eleştirim olacak belki eleştiri demek bile hatalı olur, firma adına iyileştirici tedbirler, talepler diyebiliriz. Hastalarla ilgilenen Cem Bey ve tüm detaylı bilgiye o sahip, biz pet sahipleri ise haklı olarak sağlıklı veri akışı istiyoruz ama şahsen biz sürekli kliniği arayarak rahatsız etmek istemiyoruz. İlgili irtibat numarasından yazarak veya arayarak bilgi almaya çalışıyoruz. Yardımcı personelin gerekli bilgiye ulaşması için Cem Bey ile görüşüp detayları alıp bizlere dönmesi gerçek anlam da zaman kaybına neden oluyor. Belki buna bir çözüm üretilebilir, mesele her sabah ve/veya akşam pet sahiplerine bilgi aktarılabilir. Diğer bir detay akşam mesai saati sonrası ve hafta sonları klinikte görevli kimse var mı? yok mu? bunu bilmiyoruz. Belki de ilk tanışmanın verdiği ve hastamıza olan üzüntüden biz de detayları tam soramadık ama Mersin'de ki en iyi veterinerlerden birisi diye bilirim. Olurda tekrar bir can sahibi olursak bundan sonra ki veterinerimiz kendileri olacaktır. Saygılar We met with our cat Pistachio, after a delayed diagnosis due to a tumor on his chest, and we started the treatment process with the examination he had done. From the first moment of the treatment, he told us in advance about all kinds of negativities that we may experience, including his death and the process of being put to sleep. We started the treatment process knowing everything, and unfortunately we lost our cat after complications after surgery, post-operative care and chemotherapy. In this process, Mr. Cem showed all kinds of interest and relevance, and I thank them for this. I will have a few small criticisms, maybe it would be wrong to even say criticism, we can say remedial measures and demands on behalf of the company. Mr. Cem, who takes care of the patients, and he has all the detailed information, we pet owners rightly want a healthy data flow, but we personally do not want to disturb the clinic by constantly calling. We are trying to get information by writing or calling from the relevant contact number. It is a real waste of time for the assistant personnel to contact Cem Bey and get the details and return to us in order to reach the necessary information. Maybe a solution can be found, the issue can be conveyed to pet owners every morning and/or evening. Another detail is, is there anyone in charge of the clinic after working hours in the evening and on weekends? is not there? we don't know that. Maybe we couldn't ask the details because of the first meeting and the sadness of our patient, but I know that he is one of the best veterinarians in Mersin. In case we have a life again, our next veterinarian will be them. Respects
