Other than that, I liked the interest of civil servants in dealing with citizens' affairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nüfus cüzdanı ve Ehliyet için konuşuyorum; Personelin elinde olmayan sebeplerden dolayı işi yavaşladı ( parmak izi okuyucu program kilitleniyordu ) Randevu alan kişileri adil olarak sıraya koydular. Kesinlikle adam kayırmaca, torpille sıraya alma vs. olmuyor. Yanımda bir amca vardı, ordaki personelin komşusu olduğunu söyledi, ona bile sıraya girmen beklemen lazım demiş.
Tek olumsuz şey ise girişte hiç bir danışma görevlisinin olmayışı. Soru soracağınız kimseyi bulamıyorsunuz.
Odada şefleri olan, işlemlerin en sonunda belgeye imza atan ve sizi uğurlayan bir hanfendi var, personelleri çok iyi denetliyor.
I am speaking for identity card and driving license; Work slowed down for reasons beyond the staff's control (fingerprint reader program was crashing) They put the people in the appointment fairly in order. Absolutely nepotism, queuing with torpedo, etc. is not happening. There was an uncle next to me, he said that the staff there was his neighbor, he even told him that you should wait for you to line up.
The only negative thing is that there are no advisors at the entrance. You cannot find anyone to ask a question.
There is a lady in the room with their chief, signing the document at the end of the process and sending you off, supervising the staff very well.
