★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dış mimarisi KYK yurdu gibi. 2+1 neyse ama 3+1 seçeneğine neden amerikan mutfak tercih edilir hiç anlamıyorum. Yine aynı şekilde 2+1 neyse ama 3+1 de çok küçük. Net 95 m2. Kira fiyatları da ayrıca çoook uçuk.
Its exterior architecture is like KYK dormitory. 2+1 anyway, but I don't understand why American cuisine is preferred to 3+1 option. Again, 2+1 is what it is, but 3+1 is too small. Net 95 m2. Rental prices are also very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a condo here 2+1 and I'm happy about my purchase.I already live close to the location and can say its a neighbourhood on the rise.With thriving restaurants and retail district, many schools, community facilities and family friendly neighbouhood. The area is safe and clean. The condos are modern, premium built and has guranteed unobstructed views on all sides of the building.
