★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nigde ve Bor koylerinde yaylada yayilan hayvanlari seciyorlar, az sayida gunluk kesim yapiyorlar. Yillardir ayni kalite ayni lezzet. Sabit musterileri var kaliteli tercih. Marketlerdeki gibi hormonla sisirilmis et kombinalarindan alma mantigi yok. Nigde tava ve söğurme hazirlaniyor.
 In Nigde and Bor, they select animals spreading in the highlands and make a few daily cuts. Same quality for years, same flavor. Fixed customers have good quality preference. There's no reason to buy them from hormone-infused meat combos like in grocery stores. Nigde is preparing pans and blooms.
