The staff are definitely well-intentioned helpful people. The person standing at the cash register (probably the apothecary lady) is an extremely kind and nice person. Thanks

I went in to buy prescription medicine, but they said they couldn't give it because they didn't have the consent form itself. There is no problem with that. But the gentleman's reprimand was not pleasant at all.
