Yapı, Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü'nce restore edilmiştir. Cami kare planlı ve üzeri tek kubbe ile örtülüdür. Yapının batı cephesine bitişik olan çarşı, daha önce kasaplar çarşısı iken yapılan kamulaştırma çalışmalarından sonra hediyelik eşyaların satıldığı bir çarşıya dönüştürülmüştür.
The building to the east of Hasimiye Square was built in the 18th century as a Mevlevihane for the Mevlevi Dervishes of Urfa. After the dervish lodges were closed, the building was opened to worship as a mosque. The building was restored by the General Directorate of Foundations. The mosque has a square plan and is covered with a single dome. The bazaar, which is adjacent to the west facade of the building, has been transformed into a souvenir bazaar after expropriation works that were previously carried out when it was a butchers market.
