I usually eat mixed pita here, I ate Urfa kebab once. In Ramadan month of iftar menu 25-30 pounds. Kebab, soup, three different appetizers, shepherd salad and drink.

So the takeaway is regular and attentive..but the liver is a complete fiasco..I looked at the comments and ordered it..it's not relevant.Soak the beef liver in carbonated water for 10 minutes and soak it in water with soda for 10 minutes..strain it and put it in milk for 2 hours. .it will be soft and delicious like Turkish delight..I recommend either use rice pilaf with baldo or put bulgur..onions in a separate package cabinet..please take care to send cumin with the liver..wish you good luck..!
