I think it is the housing project with the most prestigious life quality in Ankara. We bought a 3+1 flat for both my family and my mother. Compared to other projects, Meva Şehir is almost a paradise.

We got information and prices on the phone on October 28th, the sales representative said we should hurry because on November 1st the prices will be updated. We hurried and arrived in Ankara one day later with our car. When we arrived, they said that the prices were updated by the owner of the company the night before and that the price of the flat we asked had increased by 60000 TL. The owner of the company made the price update that would normally be made on November 1st, and the sales people were not aware of it?? In advertisements everywhere, the phrase "Last day is October 31st" still remains. Also, the 0.99 interest and 84 months offer is completely scam. I had the payment plan calculated, it corresponds to 1.37. Professional work and workmanship should not be expected from a company that carries out such a big project with the vision of an oriental grocer. How can the work of a person who does not trust his word be trusted?

The project is really beautiful and impressive. If the landscaping is done as seen in the images, it is certain that it will be one of the most beautiful projects in Ankara. In addition, the officials in the Administration office and the Public Relations Specialist lady were really knowledgeable and enlightening… It is clear from the office staff that the site will be managed professionally. At the end of the meeting, I was very happy to buy an apartment from here. I recommend it to everyone.

The day before, I went to Ankara together to see the flat that my friend bought from this project. I don't know the people who sell it. I really do not know the people who sell it. You start to be more impressed when you enter the site. My friend bought it four years ago, he said he can't buy it now. He's right. For me, maybe before.
