METU's most beautiful buildings, walls covered with yellow stone in the wall is perhaps the most famous Stanford University also cute to watch the fish and turtles in the small pool in front of the building is very pleasant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Türkiyenin ilk üniversite müzesi olan ODTÜ müzesine gittim. ODTÜ mimarlık fakültesi içinde küçük bir bölümde kurulmuş. Girişte araştırmacıların odaları var. Buluntular ise 2 asma katta sergileniyor. ODTÜ arazisinde bulunan Yalıncak, Koçumbeli ve Büyük Tümülüs buluntuları burada sergileniyor. Öğrenciliğimle beraber 20 yılı aşkın bir süredir ODTÜ'de bulunuyorum. İ.Ö 8. - 7. yüzyılda burada yaşayan insanların yaptığı araç gereçleri görmek çok ilginç bir his uyandırdı. Abartı gelmesin size ama müzeyi gezip çıktıktan sonra yalnızca yürüyüp geçtiğim taş döşeli yollar farklı bir anlam kazandı.
I went to METU, Turkey's first university museum. It was established in a small department within the METU faculty of architecture. There are researchers' rooms at the entrance. The finds are exhibited on 2 mezzanine floors. Yalıncak, Koçumbeli and the Great Tumulus finds found on the grounds of METU are exhibited here. I have been at METU for more than 20 years as a student. It was very interesting to see the tools made by the people who lived here in the 8th - 7th century BC. Don't be an exaggeration, but after visiting the museum, the paved roads that I just walked through gained a different meaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The students are sooo uneducated that they smoke inside the buildings and no one in the faculty does anything when u complaint. it's the same thing for other things.. they also speak Turkish and send emails in Turkish and its a BBIIG lie to all the international students..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible choice for international student. Very unpleasant professional environment. 80 % of studio classes goes in Turkish. If you have no Turkish knowledge you will lose 4 years of your life for no gain (struggle, no sleep, strength to overcome not being considered). Even if before last choice in your list. Reconsider having a gap year, some work, turkish course before getting here.
