Caution!! We were promised a non-stop trip from selcuk to Pammukkale with wifi and unlimited coffee. Told it would take about 3 hours. The bus was over 30 minutes late, as we got in we were told we have to get a on a shuttle in Denizli but it was free. No biggie. We get on and end up at a bus station in Aydin for an hour. Once on the road again we pull up to a farm truck to load large bags and bags of nuts into the cargo hold. No wifi offered coffee once. We get dropped in Denizli on the curb with no tickets, no transfer slips, and no one speaks English or helps us. We find a van shuttle to our destination. When we get out the driver starts yelling at us in the streets that he wants money. Thankfully a local man came to our aid and stepped in. Overall it took almost 6 hours. I feel bad for the people trying to have a day trip. Will never book Metro Turizm again. Beware!

Be careful! We booked and paid for a direct 3 hr trip from Selçuk to Pammukkale. What we got was a 6 hr trip, full of random stops (1 hour layover & 1 stop to pick up several bags of chestnuts). Then we were dropped in Denizli and told to take a shuttle with no ticket or directions. After taking the shuttle, from Denizli to Pammumkale, the driver tried to charge us for the shuttle. Overall bad experience and would not recommend!
