Overnight bus to antalya.... not recommended.... ;( Everyone looks at you super weird lol

Bus never on time. Freezing your butt off outside since the staff is guarding the gate and preventing anybody to seek a warm place.

Good experience so far, travelling to antalya from goreme.

I don't know why they have so many bad opinion. I had very comfortable journey from Instambul to Goreme with a incredible staff. They care about every passenger. The number od journey : 345028, and Metro Turizm , you should appriciate this staff!

if you are lover but doesn't have the same name, don't choose this company. They won't accept you will sit together. Many other companies as Kamil Koç, Efetur or Pamukkale Turizm doesn't do that! Then it's easy to boycott this company because of this stupid rule!!!

Just got on a bus to Pammukale. Bus arrived on time and seems like we'll be leaving on schedule. The office is small but it was raining so they let people wait inside. I was one of the few with a raincoat so I was fine outdoors since there's a covered area. I didn't seem to have any issues like those posted by others. I do wish the canopy was slightly modified because it can get windy so the rain will still blow under the canopy.

We paid for a Göreme - Pamukkale ticket that included a direct bus from Göreme to Denizli, and a shuttle bus from Denizli to Pamukkale. This is what they told us. First of all, when we arrived there, they told us that our bus was leaving from Nevşehir, so we had to take another bus first. It was a first mistake that did bother us but not that much, as the staff was friendly and helpful. However, when we arrived at Denizli, no shuttle bus was waiting for us, and some locals had to help us find a regular bus to Pamukkale, so we had to pay extra. The bus was as expected but the staff didn't speak in English. Whenever they announced a stop, the minutes, etc., we didn't understand anything. We luckily found a local man who spoke English and helped us. Anyway, the other bus companies seemed as worse as this one, so deciding which one to go for is a lottery.

This is the worst bus company in Turkey. The drivers smoke inside the bus (see photo), the bus was late, the bus had maintenance issues, and the bus was old with extremely uncomfortable seats. The staff working at the Goreme office are very nice, though. I took the 10:00AM bus from Göreme to Antalya it was over an hour late leaving. The “suite” bus assigned to this route is old and has the most uncomfortable seats. The bus had a bad tire and we had to keep stopping to work on it. Eventually, someone had the smart idea to fully repair it. We didn’t stop for any food until the tire repair at ~16:00 and it was only at an Octogar in a small town. The food was mediocre at best. For the entire trip, the staff only served 1 drink immediately after we stopped for lunch/dinner when no one was thirsty. We didn’t arrive in Antalya until 20:30. I highly recommend Pamukkale Turizm and any other bus company besides Metro.
