They don't even give water beyond disgrace, the bus is messed up everywhere, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Fahrgast hat sich beschwert dass ein Nagel im Sitz steckte. Das Problem wurde mit einem Kissen behoben. Mein Rücken wurde glücklicherweise nicht durchbohrt.
Die Busreise war in Ordnung, konnte mich nicht beklagen.
Das WiFi funktioniert auch ausreichend.
A passenger complained that a nail was stuck in the seat. The problem was fixed with a pillow. Fortunately, my back was not pierced.
The bus trip was ok, couldn't complain.
The WiFi works well enough.

Manavgat-Ankara yolculuğu yaptım, sanki körüklü Magirus otobüsüyle gitmiş gibi oldum. 11 saat zorlu ve çileli bir yolculuktan sonra bir daha asla METRO TURİZM bileti almamaya yemin ettim. Şoför, muavin ile kavga eder, Jandarma arama noktasında kimlikler toplanır, muavin kimlikleri paçavra bezi gibi yapar, suratına fırlatarak atar. Su istersin, "daha yeni hareket ettik!" gibi anlamsız anlamsız cevaplar alırsınız. Çay ocağı işletmesi mantığıyla, otobüs şirketi ancak böyle idare ediliyor demek ki!!! Bir iddiam daha var, Metro firmasının otobüs şoforlerine, trafik işaretleri ile ilgili yazılı bir sınav yapılsa, iddia ediyorum, yüzde onu ancak başarılı olur.
It felt like I was back in the seventies. I made a trip to Manavgat-Ankara, as if I went by the Magirus bus with bellows. After a hard and difficult journey for 11 hours, I vowed never to buy METRO TOURISM tickets again. The driver fights with the assistant, the identities are collected at the gendarmerie search point, the assistant identifies them as rags, throws them in his face. You want water, "we've just moved!" you will get meaningless answers like no other. In the sense of the tea-stove operation, the bus company is meant to be managed so !!! I have another claim, the metro company's bus drivers, a written examination of the traffic signs, I argue, the percentage will only succeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat bir yolculuk geçirdim. 9 saat süreceği belirtilen yolculuğu 12 saatte tamamladım. Hizmet sıfır. Aşırı yavaş gidiyor otobüs. Su bile verilmiyor doğru düzgün. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum
I had a lousy trip. I completed the journey, which was stated to take 9 hours, in 12 hours. Service is zero. The bus is going too slow. Not even water is given properly. I never recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Никогда не забуду как сотрудники этой компании в 2 часа ночи помогли мне добраться до аэропорта Анталии. Автобусы с Отогар Манавгат закончили свои рейсы, а мой самолёт улетал рано утром и даже самый ранний автобус в 4:30 меня бы не спас. Пробовали сделать перевод с банковской карты, но не получилось, с моей карты это было сделать невозможно. Наличных денег на такси у меня не было, оставалось лир 30. Сотрудники метро помогли: они дозвонились до трансфера, который ехал по трассе как раз в аэропорт, довезли меня до трассы, поймали трансфер и добавили на дорогу) Безгранично им благодарен. Мир не без добрых людей.

I will never forget how the employees of this company at 2 am helped me get to Antalya airport. The buses from Otogar Manavgat finished their flights, and my plane was leaving early in the morning and even the earliest bus at 4:30 would not have saved me. We tried to make a transfer from a bank card, but it did not work, it was impossible to do it from my card. I didn't have cash for a taxi, I had 30 lira left. The metro staff helped: they got through to the transfer, which was driving along the highway just to the airport, took me to the highway, caught the transfer and added it to the road) I am infinitely grateful to them. The world is not without good people.
